Refund Policy For Digital Grow Shop

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final.

Once a product has been downloaded, accessed, delivered, or activated, refunds cannot be provided.

Refunds may be considered only if:

• Product delivery fails completely
• Duplicate payment occurs
• Product is unavailable and cannot be delivered

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
